Renaming folders within the Mudstack desktop app is now simpler than ever. Here's what you need to know:

• Users can now rename folders within the mudstack desktop app.
• Renaming a folder locally will automatically update the name on your local machine.
• If a folder is added to mudstack locally, renaming it will reflect the changes in the desktop app.

Improved Upload Experience

We've made significant improvements to the upload feature in Mudstack. Here's what you can expect:

• Mudstack introduces enhancements to its upload functionality, including improved capacity, speed, and performance.
• Users will receive alerts if any specific file fails to upload.
• Retry failed uploads by clicking the arrow in the upload component and accessing a comprehensive list of uploaded, in-progress, and errored files.
• To quickly retry failed uploads, click "Retry Failures" located in the top right corner of the page.

Renaming files in Mudstack is now a breeze. Take a look at these highlights:

• Mudstack now allows users to rename files within the desktop app.
• Renaming a file locally will synchronize the change with your local machine.
• If a file is added to mudstack locally, renaming it will automatically update the name in the desktop app.

Known Issues

While our latest update brings exciting improvements, there are a couple of known issues to be aware of:

• Renaming large folders (5 GB or more) in the cloud may experience a slight delay. Please be patient and wait for the update to appear. If necessary, refresh the web client or reload the desktop app.
• Drag and Drop upload feature is temporarily unavailable until post-sync. However, the upload improvements provide better stability, speed, and retry options.
• Local to cloud upload will have the new upload component in future releases, but not in this particular update.
